We can review your needs to give you an accurate estimate. We offer free document printing for our registered users, and scan back services are also available.  When you are ready to schedule, you can go to our Automated Scheduling Platform to set up and pay for your appointment.

If you are an Escrow Company, Title Company, Lender or Real Estate Agent with a Signing Agent request, an Attorney with Estate Planning Documents, or Company with Corporate Agreements or Assignments, we would be honored to help you!  Please use our Automated Scheduling Platform to set up an appointment.  It is user friendly, efficient, and will save you time. It allows you to schedule a signing with one of our friendly and professional error-free notaries.  Direct Signing fees are the full fees associated with each signing on a case-by-case basis.  It is understood that these are customarily paid upon closing.  You can use the code DIRECTFEE to complete and confirm the scheduling.  We will issue you an individual code after your first transaction.
